THE PROCESS
How long does it take to complete a choreography?
Most solo and duet choreographies are completed within two to four weeks. We recommend getting in touch at least four to five months ahead of your competition — the earlier, the better.
How does a swimmer learn the choreography?
We record a full walkthrough/land drill, which you can work from in your own time. Every package includes a complimentary 15–30 minute Zoom session to walk through movements and answer questions.
Do you offer music selection and editing?
Yes — music editing is available as an additional service. The right edit can transform a routine. If you already have a piece you love, we can work with it. If not, we can help with selection too.
ELIGIBILITY & ROUTINES
What kinds of routines do you choreograph?
We choreograph across the full range — free routines, technical routines, solos, duets, mixed duets, and team or combination routines, for all age groups from under-12 to Masters.
What level of experience does a swimmer need?
We work with swimmers at all stages. We do ask for at least two years of artistic swimming experience, as this ensures they have the foundation to get the most from the process.
PRACTICALITIES
Where are you based? Can you work with swimmers outside of where are you are?
Sisy is based in the US and Yixin is based in the UK, but the majority of our work is delivered entirely online. We have worked with swimmers across Europe, the Americas, Asia, and beyond.
How do I make a payment?
Payment is made via bank transfer. Full details will be provided once we've discussed your project and agreed on a scope of work.
Do you provide a coaching card for competitions?
Yes, coaching cards are available as an additional service for swimmers preparing for competition. Please mention this when you get in touch and we'll include it in your quote.
Still have a question?
We'd love to hear from you. Every routine starts with a conversation.
